The Private Client Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a book of high-net-worth personal lines clients. The Private Client Account Manager works alongside Producers in handling the service work pertaining to the client's personal insurance program, including but not limited to endorsements, routine coverage and billing inquiries, preparation of new business proposals, preparation of annual renewal reviews, and issuance of policies. The Private Client Account Manager is also responsible for generating new business quotes and performing re-markets for existing clients, as necessary. Knowledge of high-net-worth insurance carriers, products, and coverages is preferred.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to:

Handle new and renewal business while maintaining collaborative relationships with insurance carriers.

Identify and resolve coverage gaps and/or coverage limitations.

Maintain high client retention rate by providing exceptional customer service.

Address coverage and billing inquiries from clients in a detailed and timely manner.

Collaborate with clients to ensure their personal insurance programs properly protect their tangible assets as well as any liability exposures.

Accurately issue endorsements per the request of clients and proactively consider how a change on one line of business may warrant a change on another line of business.

Educate clients on loss prevention measures and advise clients on best practices during and after a loss.

Prepare and present new business proposals and annual renewal reviews.

Generate and issue Evidence of Insurance (EOI’s) for mortgagees, lienholders, landlords, property managers, etc.

Create and process lost policy releases (LPR’s).

Utilize public sources to obtain information for quoting purposes, quote new business in high-net-worth carrier systems, and perform re-markets for current clients, as necessary.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree required. Finance or business degree is preferred.

Minimum of two (2) years high-net-worth personal lines insurance experience is preferred.

Applied EPIC experience is a plus.

Knowledge of the following personal insurance lines of business: Home, Flood, Earthquake, Valuables, Auto, Watercraft, Excess Liability.

Experience working with the following insurance carriers: AIG, Berkley One, Chubb, Cincinnati, Hagerty, Markel, Nationwide Private Client, Progressive, PURE, Safeco, Travelers, Vault.

Must be technically adept with strong computer proficiency in a variety of Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated success in delivering timely customer service.

Must be highly attentive to details and possess strong organizational skills.

Accomplished oral and written communication skills.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.

Capacity to effectively collaborate in a team environment, while juggling both individual goals and common team goals.

Must be able to tactfully handle sensitive and confidential client information.

Ability to calculate figures including but not limited to commissions, percentages, and proportions.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid Arizona P&C Insurance Producer License.

Valid California P&C Insurance Producer License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
