Employed Immediate Care Physician Opportunity in the Chicagoland Area

more providers.
Schedule:
Work Schedule will vary and the hours of our Immediate Care locations vary.
Most of them are open 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and 8am – 4:30 or 5pm on the Weekends.
There isn’t any call involved but they will need to work weekend. Most of the Immediate Care providers are either Family Medicine and need to be BE or BC in Family Medicine.
Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.

Job Requirements
- Full-time/permanent position with outpatient practice
- Board Certified/Board Eligible required. Although subspecialty interest are encouraged, with the opportunity to design practice around personal goals.
- Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills
o Office Location in Crown Point, IN
- EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings
o EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
o Easy to use; support department available
