Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Creative to join our team at a nation-wide healthcare services brand. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire a team of creative professionals to develop innovative, compelling, and impactful creative solutions that align with our brand's mission and values, with a strong focus on business-driving new and emerging areas such as digital, social, AI enablement, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the creative team in developing and executing strategic, integrated, and innovative creative solutions across all brand touchpoints, with a strong emphasis on digital, social, and martech-enabled ideation, iteration, and production.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure alignment of creative strategies with business objectives, leveraging new and emerging technologies where applicable.

- Drive the development of breakthrough creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to leverage consumer insights and market trends, along with creative performance analysis, in the development of creative strategies and personalized content.

- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the creative team, driving continuous improvement and professional development in new and emerging creative areas.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in creative leadership roles within the retail, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries, with a strong focus on digital, social, and UI/UX creative solutions.

- Proven track record of leading and delivering high-impact, award-winning creative campaigns across all channels to drive brand equity and business results.

- Expertise in integrated marketing communications and creative technologies of the future.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry landscape, including compliance, regulatory, and ethical considerations related to new and emerging technologies.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and external partners in new and emerging creative areas.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
