Job Title: First Party Credit Union Loan Resolution Agent

Position Overview:

Our credit union department is seeking First Party Credit Union Loan Resolution Agents to join our team. The Loan Resolution Agent will be responsible for managing and resolving loan delinquencies and account discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of credit union policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact members who are delinquent on their loans and work to resolve any outstanding issues
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with members in accordance with credit union policies
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and disputes
- Monitor and update accounts based on member communication and payments
- Provide excellent customer service to members and answer any questions or concerns they may have regarding their loans
- Document all interactions and actions taken in accordance with credit union guidelines
- Adhere to all federal and state regulations pertaining to loan collections and consumer protection laws

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with loan collection software and systems
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to loan collections

- Collections experience is a required skill***
