Job Summary: 

The Experienced Ski Valet assists members and guests with storing and issuing skis, snowboards, and poles. Attend to all guest relation/customer service interactions regarding Club and programs and general member services information

 

Job Specifications: 

  • Outlet: The Arrabelle 
  • Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.26 / hour 

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours Available

  • Skill Level: Team Lead

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Model and ensure ski valet staff provides personalized, quality ski valet guest service to club members of The Arrabelle Club in a timely, courteous and professional manner. 
  • This position requires a commitment to providing a high level of personalized guest service for all members
  • Supervise ski valet staff and ensure peronnel provides service to members in the ski locker and ski valet area
  • Tag, store, inventory, and issue members and guests ski equipment 
  • Locate and deliver members and guests ski equipment to member when member and/or guest arrives each day to go skiing
  • Receive and transport members and guests skis to ski storage at end of ski day or when member and/or guest is done skiing for the day.
  • Record ski tuning instructions and transports equipment to and from ski shop.
  • Engage members and guests in conversation, answer questions promptly and courteously.
  • Park and retrieves cars as needed.
  • Transport members and guests skis to ski area to/from garage area as needed.
  • Assist Valet Services Manager with scheduling of employees
  • Perform Member Ski Tune billing
  • Participates in all mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent - required
  • CO Drivers License preferred, satisfactory driving record required
  • At least 1 years previous customer service preferred, hotel experience preferred
  • Prior ski valet and club experience- preferred
  • Prior supervisor or lead role- preferred
  • Ability to effectively present detailed information verbally and in writing
  • Able to work indoors as well as outdoors in winter weather conditions - required
  • Able to work weekends and holidays - required
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs - required

 

The expected pay range is $23.00 - $24.26. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
