As a key department in the functionality of Lipari Foods, the Data Entry Team is responsible for reconciling all invoices returned by drivers, payment application to all accounts, and scanning invoices timely for viewing by credit department. Data entry and problem-solving skills, as well as a positive attitude, are all must have qualifications. Candidate should be available to work 7 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday, but have the flexibility to extend the hours on occasion, including 5-7 Saturdays scattered through the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record/Bookkeeping
• Transaction Filing
• Payment Application
• Administrative duties
• Review and scan all paper forms into the system

Position Requirements:

• 2 + years working with computers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Work in a fast-paced environment
