We are seeking a results-oriented Bilingual Communications and Social Media Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin and possess exceptional writing, collaboration, and social media skills. This individual will contribute to the development and execution of internal and external communications, as well as media relations, and integrated content for digital platforms.

  • Excellent writing and editing proficiency in English and Simplified Chinese to create a wide variety of content, including press releases, contributed articles, talking points, social media content, and marketing collateral.
  • Creating and maintaining an editorial calendar that supports our content strategy and ensures consistent brand messaging on Chinese-language platforms.
  • Leading the creation of content for the banks Chinese-language social media accounts to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Building relationships with Chinese media, influencers, and partners.
  • Engaging with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and communication strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in communications, public relations, and social media management
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong bilingual reading, writing, and editing skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with keen business acumen and attention to detail
  • Highly creative and proficient in using Chinese-language social media platforms
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Financial services or journalism experience is a plus

The base pay range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $120,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
