Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time Utility Associate-CDL . This is an excellent entry level position, and any level of experience is welcome to apply! You will be required to obtain a CDL-A license within the first 6 months of hire.

As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area.

Your New Role:

• Transporting equipment safely to and from customer locations when needed.
• Assisting the Parts Department with checking in parts.
• Supporting the Service Department by maintaining a clean warehouse.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all products Atlas Bobcat sells and services.
• Using shop supplies in a practical and economic manner.
• Maintaining your assigned work area and following all safety rules
• Performing other duties and tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Have a valid CDL license or the ability to obtain a CDL within the first 6 months of hire.
• Excellent communications skills.
• A willingness to learn and be trained.
• The ability to manage time and attendance. You must be dependable, self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
• Loading, Transporting, and unloading equipment to and from customers’ jobsites.
