About the Role
The Company is seeking a Banking and Finance Partner to join a global law firm in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be a key player in the firm's expansion, with a focus on banking and finance transactions, particularly in Saudi Arabia. While previous experience as a Partner in an international firm is preferred, individuals at the Counsel or Legal Director level who are ready for a significant career advancement will also be considered. They should be adept at providing strategic advice, structuring, and negotiating complex transactions, and have a deep understanding of the regulatory and legal framework in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic role that requires a minimum of 10 years' of experience, a strong background in the local and regional market, and a substantial book of business. The role involves leading and managing a team, as well as being actively involved in business development and client relationship management. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will be a dynamic and ambitious legal professional with a proven track record in banking and finance law. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment are essential.
