Our early work was focused on the entertainment industry, specifically live events (Boston Calling, among others) and recorded music (Sony Music, Universal Music & Disney are all clients). We have dramatically grown our work with big brands (Amazon, Fender) and sports brands (LA Galaxy, Washington Commanders). We have a global client base with a growing local roster across B2B and B2C brands across campaign, content and branding assignments.

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our Agency Operations team. Our ideal candidate is a client-focused, detail-oriented pro who loves the multi-faceted role of directing client initiatives, owning project schedules, jumping into a brainstorm, and then stepping back and letting the creative team do their thing. You are an integral part of how we grow our business through your ability in developing and maintaining healthy and productive relationships with clients, providing crucial guidance from pitch and proposal through to final delivery. You should feel confident about diving into the unknown… because it will happen. Often.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of experience in a project management, account executive, digital producer, or similar role. Agency experience preferred;
• Experienced in building and growing client relationships;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires a significant amount of business writing as well as client and team interaction. From conference calls to cocktail parties, you should love developing relationships with clients and vendors;
• Able to manage multiple high-stakes projects and effectively manage budgets and timelines to keep projects on track and in scope across interactive, digital, print, OOH, and UX projects;
• A strong and passionate work ethic.
